As an Employer Brand SPOC you will be responsible for:
- Roll-out of all graduate campaigns for Tax, Legal & Accountancy and the corporate Law.
- Copywrite and design of online content in close collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Set-up of a sourcing plan with senior recruiters to ensure a talent pipeline for experienced professionals in Tax, Legal & Accountancy and corporate Law.
- Delivery of our employee value proposition throughout the candidate journey (website, social media, branding events…)
- Involvement in company-wide projects aimed to build the best employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Out of the box mindset with the ability to navigate a complex organization
- Copywriting (ENG) and Design skills (Photoshop), CRM is a plus
- Master’s degree in Communication and/or Marketing (Event Management)
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French and sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
