You are mainly responsible for the follow-up of the whole process from the moment of order receipt till final delivery at the customer. As such you are the key person linking all supply chain aspects, from forecasting to the final delivery – with a focus on customer service and including the direct order follow up with our main factories.

You work closely together with the factories, warehouse, transport companies and other departments in order to provide excellent logistic service and information to your customers.


  • You have 5 years of working experience in a customer services function, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • In this respect you are familiar with the planning tools of ERPpackages, thorough understanding of MRP principles is an advantage (SAP and APO knowledge is an asset).
  • You have experience with export and customs formalities.
  • Good communication is essential to be qualitative and efficient in your job.
  • You are motivated, customer-minded and hands-on.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, which is necessary for your contacts with the factories and customers. Knowledge of German is a plus.
